The Slurrystore design is approved by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and is eligible for EQIP funds.

Depth of footing and size of footing rebar vary with frost depth at specific sites and size of the Slurrystore. Anchor bolts with leveling plates are placed in the footing. A 10.5-inch foundation starter sheet is secured to the leveling plate. A reinforced concrete floor is poured on top of compacted gravel and a butyl seal strip plus a bentonite rapid hydration water stop is placed on the start ring to provide a seal between the floor and wall joint.
