The Environmental Quality Incentive Program (EQIP) bill provides Federal cost-sharing assistance -- 75% of costs, up to $50,000 -- for structural and land management improvements by livestock producers with significant manure storage challenges. Individual EQIP payments granted by the Secretary Of Agriculture will help reduce your costs of safely storing and recycling manure.
